Why Calhoun Records Differ
Calhoun County has no county-operated jail roster. The Calhoun County Sheriff handles arrests and transport, while the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation keeps the booking, transfer, and release episode for people sent to Central Regional Jail and Correctional Facility. Courts supply the order that explains why custody changed. State-prison records, parole supervision, court probation, BOP releases, and ICE custody each use a separate system.
